SRA Toolkit is an intuitive application built in Java that provides you with a desktop interface for accessing the Sequence Read Archive (SRA) of the National Center for Biotechnology Information.

SRA Toolkit can be used for downloading sequencing data from the SRA repositories without a lot of hassle. You can browse the database contents and download files using the right-click menu.
